CP Hamburg was founded by Marc Ihsen von Buchwaldt in 2005. CP Hamburg is a recognized engineering company in Germany as well as abroad, providing consulting services in the fields of project and construction management, plus real estate management.

Moreover, as a part of the Due Diligence process the company also provides technical expertise for existing properties and project developments in all asset classes for investment companies and private investors.

CP Hamburg's strength is the selection and deployment of consulting engineers and architects in the course of each project development, construction project, and due diligence procedure.
