HanseMerkur has finalized the acquisition of the Gänsemarkt site in Hamburg.

HanseMerkur Grundvermögen (HMG) has acquired the Gänsemarkt site in Hamburg from the Signa insolvency estate for at least €93 million. The project envisions an eight-storey office and retail complex comprising approximately 20,700 square metres of lettable space, scheduled for completion by 2028 in line with the original design concept.
