C.P.H. Projekt- und Baumanagement GmbH contributed to the development of the fully leased education campus located in the Wissensquartier in Friedrichshafen. The approximately 6,500 m² property on the former Fallenbrunnen barracks site was acquired by the LHI Group from Bauknecht Immobilien Holding AG (BIH).
